Our Commission Plans are designed to help agents take their business to the next level, while saving thousands of dollars every year! If you decide to start a team there’s no need to change brokers we got you covered! Our system allows you to control your splits without a hassle!
Building a Team With Only 1 Realty Group
Our Team Plan is designed to help you build a successful team.
Here’s how it works:
- The team leader will control any commission splits after the transaction fee.
- The team leader will be required to receive a minimum of 10% split between all team members in order to have a team.
- Each team member will pay $450 from their side of the sale until the team caps.
- Each team member will add an additional 6 transactions in order to cap.
- After the cap is reached there will be no additional transaction fee until Dec 31st.
- All residential/commercial leases will not count towards the cap plan.
- Each team member will pay $125 per residential lease.
- Each team member will pay a 90/10 percentage split for commercial transactions.
- The commercial transaction fee of 10% is taken off the top of the transaction sale.
We don't hide fees so lets keep it simple!
Annual/Monthly Fees
None
Mentorship Fee
The mentee will pay a 30% split + $450 Transaction Fee for the first 3 real estate transactions. (Leases do not count and minimum sale in mentorship must be $100k and capped at $500k)
E&O Fee
Each agent will pay a $450 annual fee that will be collected on Jan 1 of every year.
Residential Sales
Agents pay $450 for their first 16 transactions
Commercial Sales
Agents pay 10 % for all commercial transactions to Only 1 Realty Group.
Residential Leases
Agents pay $125 for each lease which do not count towards the cap.
Onboarding Fee
Every agent pays $400 as a onboarding fee to get you integrated in our systems.
Referrals
All agents that refer an agent to our brokerage will receive 1 free transaction once the referral closes their first transaction.
Intermediary Fees
Each side = 1 Transaction so if you represent a buyer and seller that = 2 Fees.
Cap Rules
All capping plans will freeze Nov 1st of every year, and all capping plans will reset January 1st of every year.
