Onboarding Fee

Every agent pays $400 as a onboarding fee to get you integrated in our systems.

E&O Fee

Each agent will pay a quarterly fee of $112.50 Totaling to $450 per year.

Annual Fees

No annual fee, unless the agent doesn’t meet the required transaction limit of 6 transactions. In that case, they will pay $500 or $550 per transaction, depending on how many transactions they closed during their anniversary year.

Monthly Fees

All agents who join Only 1 Realty Group are required to pay a $125 monthly fee until they close 6 transactions within a 12-month period, based on their anniversary date.

Mentorship Fee

The mentee will pay a 30% split + $550 Transaction Fee for the first 3 real Estate Transaction Sales. Lease Do NOT Count in mentorship completion. The minimum sale to count towards mentorship starts at 100k.

Residential Sales

Depending on the plan each agent will pay either $500 to $550 per Real Estate Transaction Sale.

Commercial Sales/Leases

Agents pay 10 % for all commercial transactions to Only 1 Realty Group.

Residential Leases

Agents pay $125 for each lease which do not count towards the cap.

There is no annual fee unless the agent does not meet the minimum requirement of 6 transactions within a 12-month period. If the requirement is not met, the agent will be charged either $500 or $550 per transaction—based on the total number of transactions completed during their anniversary year.

Team Leads have full control over setting commission splits for their team. However, they are required to receive a minimum of 10% split from all team members. The exact split may vary depending on the team’s structure and the support or services provided to agents.
All agents that refer an agent to our brokerage will receive 1 free transaction or can accept instant cash promotion for the month the agent joined us. If agent referring agent caps that agent can only be paid instant cash in lieu of the referral.
Each side represented will equal to 1 Transaction so if you represent a Buyer and Seller that will count as 2 Transaction Fees. All Agents MUST get written approval from a Broker in order to enter into an intermediary transaction prior to execution of a contract.

O1R does not charge agents a general technology fee. The only tech-related cost which is optional is $25 per month for access to the O1R Marketing Center if the agents wants to have access.

O1R does not cover the cost of agent marketing materials such as signs, business cards, leads, or other individual tools. Our goal is to keep fees low so agents can afford to invest in the resources they need to grow their own business.
