Only 1 Realty Group was originally founded in Dallas, TX in 2016 by Devon Smith and Adriana Mendez. They were Top Producers that closed millions of dollars in sales volume yearly and received recognition for their hard work from multiple organizations. They were mentors in real estate that wanted to eliminate as many weaknesses agents had in order to build a strong foundation from the ground up. They decided to take their business to the next level by becoming real estate brokers and sharing their knowledge with anyone looking to build their brand with Only 1 Realty Group.

Our goal was to build a successful real estate brokerage and provide our agents with full service with all of the tools, training, technology, and support at a low transaction fee cost.
